Corporate Protection & Patrols

Static officers, concierge, construction gates, neighbourhood loops and mobile patrols — licensed posts and cars, not a generic guard package.

ANSIC corporate protection is the building and the precinct: a front desk or gate, concierge, a construction hoarding, a neighbourhood loop, and a marked car after hours. The officer is often the first person a client or contractor meets. They are licensed, well presented, and able to greet, screen and escalate.

The work covers commercial, industrial and residential sites; government and health; hotels and clubs; body corporate and high-rises; sporting, retail and gated communities.

A person who travels with a principal is close personal protection. Cameras without an officer sit on CCTV and alarm systems.

Who provides this service?

Licensed static and mobile patrol officers we employ. They hold the security licence the job requires in Queensland, New South Wales and Victoria — including the crowd-controller function where the brief needs it — plus RSA where alcohol is served, and advanced first aid and CPR. Concierge staff are well presented and able to greet, screen and escalate. We do not use unrequested contractors.

Why it is needed

A physical presence is needed where a camera is not enough — peak arrival, contractor windows, shutdowns and quiet hours. Officers provide an immediate response where a delay could put people or plant at risk.

Outcomes

  • Occupants of premises feel safe at work.
  • Assets are protected.
  • Mishaps are dealt with immediately.

How we track and report

Static posts and mobile patrols run in Guardhouse logoGuardhouse. Officers clock in on a GPS time clock inside the site geofence. On the road they scan QR or NFC checkpoints. Clock-ins, scans and incidents write to the occurrence log; incident reports can include time-stamped photos. Daily licence checks cover Australian states including Queensland, New South Wales and Victoria. Clients who want it can open the optional Guardhouse customer portal for schedules, licences and occurrence logs.

Where a corporate brief includes a licensed venue or function, officers also sign on through Security Registers logoSecurity Registers so the venue QR record matches the Office of Fair Trading licence.
