Overview: Our Low Voltage Rescue (LVR) & CPR course covers the performance of rescue procedures from live Low Voltage (LV) apparatus, not including overhead lines and underground cables in the work place.
It specifies the mandatory requirements of rescue from a live LV panel and how they apply in the context of transmission, distribution or rail work functions. It encompasses responsibilities for, health, safety and risk management processes at all operative levels and adherence to safety practices as part of the normal way of doing work.
Pre-requisites: HLTAID001 Provide cardiopulmonary resuscitation

It is industry standard that this course is renewed every 12 months.
Certificate issued by RTO 30200
The following units of competencies will be awarded on successful completion:
HLTAID001 Provide cardiopulmonary resuscitation
UETTDRRF06B Perform rescue from a live LV panel
3 hours classroom
Fees include all assessments and resources required
Note for international students – we are not CRICOS registered, please check your visa requirements for enrolment. We cannot accept international students who are on a student visa if your visa specifies that you must study with a CRICOS provider.
